If you’ve been living under a rock or have just converted into a coffee lover, like a colleague of mine (the stress is real, folks) then here’s an explanation of what i’m talking about. It’s brewed with room temperature or cold water over a 12 to 24 hour brew time. You end up with a strong coffee concentrate, but with less acidity than regular iced coffee. Then cut that down with water – about 50/50, depending on how stressed out you are. Voila, cold brew!
