Water bank essence kit AND Holiday BB Cushion Whitening
This was the first time I’ve tried the Water Bank Essence kit from Laneige. I love anything that has a gel-like texture and is extremely hydrating. With a super oily complexion, I need all the hydration I can get.
First thing I noticed was that the Water Bank Essence is heavily scented. That made me a little apprehensive as I have sensitive skin as well. Sensitive skin and scented products do not jive. Still, I took the time to try out the products for a week and this is what happened to my skin.
Suffice to say, this product isn’t suitable for my skin but don’t let that stop you from trying. However, do so with caution as it does not work for everyone.
BB Cushions were all the craze in 2017 and the train doesn’t show any signs of stopping soon. I was a little late to jump on the bandwagon, but I decided to try it anyway.
With the Laneige BB Cushion Whitening, you’ll be able to lighten the dark spots on your face after having used it for a while. While the coverage wasn’t fantastic, it does leave the skin looking dewy and healthy. However, me being oily means that I set the BB Cushion with a finishing powder so that I don’t look too shiny throughout the day.
Lightweight and breathable on the skin, I am definitely gonna be using this more often now.
