The launch of new yoga workouts include routines you can do anywhere that lasts between 15 to 45 minutes long. Development of the routines are the brainchild of Nike master trainers and yogis like Branden Collinsworth, Traci Copeland and Leah Kim.
Just like the other NTC app programs, each yoga workout falls in one of the three pillars: endurance (to help you build stamina); strength (involving flows that hold poses longer to increase muscle strength); and mobility (restorative sessions to release tension and recharge mentally).
