For what in life do you feel most grateful?
My amazing and wonderful mum. I’m forever grateful to have been so lucky.
What is the vision behind your brand and what do you hope to achieve with it?
I want us to be the biggest independent training camp in Malaysia and to be involved with orphans by helping them stay fit and provide future job opportunities.
Who do you look up to, in life and in business?
My dad, he’s the first role model I’ve ever had. In life the backbone of my family, a great father and husband. In business he was a hardworking and honest man, always willing to help those in need, yet striving to set the bar as high as possible.
What did your father teach you about love and relationship?
My dad was a man of few words, always the strong silent parent and mainly led by example. The one thing he did say was to love freely but only give your heart to one.
If you could be best friends with a celebrity from Hollywood, who would it be?
Liam Neeson because just in case you get kidnapped, he will find you.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
In a gym. A much bigger and badder gym.
If you could wake up tomorrow having gained one ability, what would you like it to be?
The ability to stay calm and chill so that life will be less stressful.
