Briefly tell us how did you end up in the food and beverage industry?
My career in baking unofficially began while I was in my final year of university, back in 2010. I started selling cakes, cookies and bread from the tiny studio apartment I shared in London with my sister. I then spent a year in culinary school and interned in several restaurants and cafes before returning home to KL. I then spent the first two years in KL supplying cakes from home to several cafes before opening my own bakery in 2014.
