The FIFA 2018 World Cup is upon us and with every football fever season, it comes in a package with the latest upgrades of each team’s home and away kits. We’ve gone through 64 of them and ranked our top 20 best looking jerseys, first being our favourite.
A word of warning: most of this year’s kit collections are plain white so there’s not much to shout about. The ones that stand out the most to us were the old-school classics and the unexpected striking colour combinations, so swipe through below and pick which one you wouldn’t mind pulling up to your local mamak or sports bar rocking.
1. NIGERIA (HOME)
When Nike first released Nigeria’s kit collection, the internet literally broke. Almost every other jersey that ever existed was outshone by the country’s home kit as well as their off-field gear. Drawing inspiration from the gold-medal winning “Dream Team” of 1996, the collection celebrates a rich history. C’mon, just look at the campaign photo? DREAM. TEAM. INDEED.
