When I was studying, I think the main thing I took for granted was nap time. No regrets though, I have ridiculous memories to compensate. But every now and then, after long hours of trying to get your life in balance; work, friends, family and a significant other. It gets hella hectic. I’m an easy-sleeper, #blessed so I don’t normally face any problems snoozing off to my happy place but obviously, I don’t always have the time to take the 4-hour nap I think I deserve. Thus, timing is everything to either uplift your mood altogether or end up crashing from deprivation.
