I am so ready for floral patterns to dominate my wardrobe. If it wasn’t clear enough, spring is my favourite season – not too hot, not too cold and with flowers growing back, it is a sight to behold.

Seeing as we are at a disadvantage with only two seasons here in Malaysia, we are only able to ogle at gorgeous pictures on Instagram. Get over that hurdle and tryout the looks for yourself, girl! If you’re not one to wear floral outfits, doesn’t mean other parts of you can’t jazz yourself up to fit the theme.

The spring 2018 hair sensation that I am currently in love with is the rose braid bun. Also known to some as the flower braid, a classic hairstyle that looks chic and full of effort. A rose braid updo is seen on brides, bridesmaids, girls attending prom or even those attending work/school. Not as complicated as it seems but with enough practice, you’ll be sporting one in no time.

Here is a quick and easy tutorial on how to get a rose braid bun:

A couple of rose braid styles from Instagram that have caught my eye and now I am itching to try this style out:
