We just came across the best thing that’s ever happened to us yet and we thought instead of being selfish and keeping it to ourselves, we should share it with you too.
How many times have you gone traveling and find that:
- You don’t want to spend money with your service provider on extra data
- Your phone has been barred because you’ve exceeded all data usage from posting about your adventures on Snapchat and Instagram
- You don’t want to pay for the airport’s Wi-Fi because, lets face it, it’s a basic necessity and you can’t put a price on that.
Fear not because travel blogger and security engineer Anil Polat has got all of our backs. He has populated this interactive map (the organised nerd in me is dying inside) of the dozens of airports around the world and their Wi-Fi passwords. It even tells you where the hot spots are for the best connection when you click on an airport.
Airport Wi-Fi passwords often change as well and this perfect dude has answered all of our prayers and updates it on the regular thanks to other gracious Internet users around the world who has helped him out. You can contribute to the map yourself here.
Perfect for your current holiday travelling and your 2017 travels! You’re welcome.
