5 Things I Learned At The Guardian Malaysia Healthy Beauty Retreat

This sounds pretty simple but we tend to neglect our physical wellbeing especially when life gets the best of us. Guardian pharmacies offer basic health check services so you’ll know if your blood sugar, blood pressure, heart rate and weight are at healthy levels. The number on the scale doesn’t mean everything, but it’s a great indicator and motivation for you to work towards having a stronger and healthier body. Speak to a Guardian pharmacist to know more.
