Did You Know These 6 Fruits Can Make Your Hair Healthier?

“To cut or not to cut,” that is the question that we girls contemplate ALL the time. I’m not sure about you but whenever I start toying with the idea of going shorter, I always worry whether it will make my face look big or would it make me lose my feminine appearance.

It’s natural to worry and I don’t blame girls for that because hair is our crowning glory. That’s why no matter what it takes, how long we need to sit or how much we need to pay, hair always comes first. But what if I tell you that there’s an easier way to do it instead of spending your precious coins and time and the salon? With fruits!

Believe it or not, the cure to all our hair woes is actually just around us. We’ve always thought of eating fruits to enhance beauty but have you ever thought of applying them?

Apples

Many are familiar with the saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” but what they don’t know is that they also keep the hairdressers away. Why? Because this crunchy red fruit has the ability to overcome hair loss, dry scalp, dandruff and even remove grey hairs!

Don’t get me wrong, we’re not talking about eating the fruit here. Instead, we’re talking about applying the paste onto our scalps. Juice is fine too if you don’t mind doing extra with the blending and all.

To apply:

  1. Make apple juice with peels intact.
  2. Pour the juice over wet hair and scalp.
  3. Wash it off after 20 mins with shampoo and water.

** Do it once or twice per week.
