James Corden & Chloe Moretz’s Epic Tap Dance Shows Us How To Use SK-II’s Facial Treatment Essence
We’ve been obsessed with Carpool Karaoke by James Corden since it began in 2015 – so when we heard that the hilarious English funnyman had teamed up with Japanese beauty brand SK-II and actress Chloe Grace Moretz for a beauty web series called #BareSkinChat, how could we not watch it?
SK-II has released a few hysterical Bare Skin Chat episodes so far, but the one that dropped today is so good we needed to share!
We just love when brands go all out and create a kind of surreal world, such as the one you will immerse in below which includes Chloe, James, a bathroom and lots of tap (or should we say Pat?) dancing.
Let’s just say that the frequently-asked question of “how to use Facial Treatment Essence” has never been answered in a more entertaining way.
LEARNING HOW TO USE FACIAL TREATMENT ESSENCE BEHIND CLOSED (BATHROOM) DOORS
As much as James doesn’t believe Chloe’s assurance that Pitera™ Essence is as easy to use as “pat pat pat”, we do. After all, it’s a highly nourishing essence full of vitamins, amino acids and minerals, and its fluid, watery texture allows quick penetration into the skin, and that’s just one of the things we love most about it.
It’s definitely not surprising that the Facial Treatment Essence is the only product Chloe needs for crystal clear skin.
BEAUTIFYING … YEAST?
Other usually-asked questions that we thought right to address here are: what is Pitera? And what’s yeast got to do with it? Well, Pitera™ was discovered by SK-II scientists 39 years ago after they saw that some aged sake brewers in Japan had wrinkled faces but smooth, youthful hands. Intrigued, they soon realized that the brewers’ hands were in constant contact with yeast during the fermentation process, and so the quest to find the secret to beautiful skin began.
After 5 YEARS of research to isolate the particular strain of yeast that held the secret to crystal clear skin, Pitera™ was born. Legendary for its transformative powers, it gives skin luminosity and helps it to look and feel better than ever before.
Even with all the best makeup available today, few things beat clear, luminous, hydrated and glowing skin. It gives you a freedom to just pick up and go, and makeup becomes a fun thing to play with, rather than something you “need.” In fact, the first time Chloe appeared in an SK-II campaign was alongside Kasumi Arimura, Chun Xia, Ni Ni, Mayu Matsuoka and Tang Wei in last year’s SK-II #BareSkinProject where each celebrity was photographed looking absolutely radiant with only Facial Treatment Essence on their skin – no makeup on skin whatsoever. Isn’t that great?
As they say, skin is in. It really is.
