This collection juxtaposes chic femininity and soft masculinity with a good mix of florals and pastels.

It’s the time of the year where we talk about designer collaborations. After working with a handful of talented famous names in the industry, this time H&M turns to the couturier Giambattista Valli for a collection of not just only feminine dresses but the designer took this chance to present his debut menswear collection, so what’s not to love?

Giambattista Valli is known for his romantic, voluminous tulles and ruffles, with an iconic feminine feel. He has dressed celebrities like Rihanna and our March 2019 CLEO cover girl Lana Condor. You’re going to be next, fret not.

One of the key looks from the collection, the red gown.

Valli describes this collection to be a feisty and eclectic recap of his style. There will be a range of accessories featuring a lips icon (modelled after his own lips) as a necklace pendant and belt buckles. This collection also sees his debut menswear piece where he imbued his own personal style into the pieces. Expect to see flamboyant elements such as modernist leopard prints and masculine florals with a hint of soft sensuality.

Feeling romantic? This collection is definitely made for you!

There are many pieces in this collections that we really love and plan to go crazy over, such as the super cute logo tee, the high heels, boots and slippers, and of course, all of the picturesquely chic dresses and gowns. We’ve handpicked some of what we thought you should really get your hands on.
