RASPBERRY BANANA

This pretty pink smoothie is a delish blend of raspberries, bananas and dates that gives it a naturally sweet aftertaste. It’s packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that all go straight to your skin! If you find fresh raspberries to be a tad expensive, you can opt for frozen raspberries or strawberries instead.

Time needed: 5 minutes

Yield: 3 cups

What you’ll need:

  • 2 cups water (500 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries (approx. 260 grams)
  • 6 dates

Concoct it: Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
