CLEO Talks To: Bobostephanie’s Fitness Tell-All


A wanderluster, fitness enthusiast and no doubt, a fashionista, Bobostephanie dishes her fitness routine, meal plan and some pointers on how to stay healthy to stay in style!

How is your workout routine like?

I’m following Kayla’s Bikini Body Guide, which is essentially high intensity circuit training. So, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I follow BBG then Tuesday and Thursday I will do abs and back workout or attend cycling classes.


You don’t seem like you implement a strict diet according to your Instagram, what do you usually eat in a day?

I used to eat really clean when I started BBG 8 months ago then I got a little off-track, so now I will stay away from carbs, fried food and dessert. I will also try to eat clean for at least 2-3 days in a week.


How has fitness improved your life in terms of career, lifestyle, emotions, etc?

It does make a big difference because I’m working in an office from 9am -5pm and I realized that if I have a healthy lunch, I won’t feel sleepy after lunch and I’m more energetic. I get to finish up my work faster so I’m more efficient!

As for my lifestyle, I’m definitely healthier and more confident now!


Do you ever have days when you just don’t feel like working out? How do you keep yourself motivated?

Yes! Especially after long weekends. My husband, Jo is always the one who keeps me motivated. He will never let me skip gym on weekdays and we will always hit the gym together. I personally feel that going to the gym with friends or family will keep you motivated!


What advice do you have for the lazy girls?

No one is born with a perfect body or perfect health, instead of being jealous at other people’s bodies, you might as well put in the effort and make a change for yourself. You will be surprised at how much you can achieve if you try hard.
