Is it possible to overdose on yoghurt and fruit? This bad boy breakfast will fill you up all through the day (and that’s saying something because I’m constantly hungry)!

Try going with a simple yoghurt breakfast bowl like this and have two slices of gluten free bread to satisfy those savoury and sweet cravings (if you’ve got a big appetite like mine).

You’ll find that there’s all sorts of flavoured yoghurt so really, go for the one that you end up liking the most! I’m a big fan of coconut or honey greek yoghurt and it’s important to find a brand that you won’t get sick of.

Breakfast bowl:

  • Chobani Coconut Yoghurt
  • Fresh Bananas
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Diced Fuji Apples
  • Toasted Coconut
  • Almonds

Side of:

  • Gluten-free & Multi-grain bread (toasted)
  • Organic Almond Spread
  • Banana Coins
  • Blueberries
  • Avocado
  • Black Pepper
  • Organic Chia Seeds
  • Garlic Seasoning

And, in my black coffee this morning was a special treat of Coconut-Cocoa milk which is dairy, gluten and soy free! SOOOO YUM.
