How To Deal With A Bad Day
Some days you wake up just before the alarm clock rings and other days, on the wrong side of the bed. Perhaps there’s something specific keeping you up at night or it could just be unexplainable.
The signs usually appear at the beginning of the day when nothing in my wardrobe seem to look decent on me, it’s as if someone swapped the whole rack with a stranger’s while i was asleep. Or when you’re way too lazy to wash your hair and fooled by the mirror thinking it looks fine because we all know by the time it hits noon and the sun’s right above my head, the scalp situation looks like a tragic oil spill. I could go on with a list of #FirstWorldProblems that can ruin a good day but whether you can relate to it or not, I think we can all identify with the crappy feeling of having a bad day.
Instead of hiding yourself under the sheets all day, we’ve got a few suggestions on how to lift your mood right up without having max out on the credit card.
Take the longest shower you possibly could or a bath if you own that luxury. It’s so therapeutic to spare time pampering yourself, throw in a hair mask and do your whole skincare routine post-shower. You’ll be feeling like a million bucks almost immediately after and there’s no better feeling than when you’re fresh and squeaky clean.
