Rendang is good enough with just plain rice, but have you tried it on pizzas? SukaSucre Bistro owned by Chef Dato Fazley Yaakob (winner of Masterchef Celebrity Malaysia 2012) is where you can try rendang pizzas. Proud of his Negeri Sembilan roots, Dato Fazley curated a menu that is largely Asian-Fusion and offers interesting combinations of Malaysian and Western.

The rendang pizza here is topped with pulled beef rendang minang which is a dish that originates from Indonesia but popular among those in Negeri Sembilan. Who knew that this spicy goodness would go well with cheese, tomato, basil on a thin crust?
