The Best Moments Of The Grammys 2020, According To Us

Awards season makes us happy. Like, really happy. And when the Grammys comes around, we’re always really just glued onto what the celebs wore, what went down on that night, and some of the biggest beauty/fashion/everything moments.

The Grammys 2020 happened at a time when tragedy had also hit one of basketball’s biggest stars; on the day before the Grammys took place, Kobe Bryant and his second daughter were tragically killed in a helicopter crash in California.

The Grammys 2020 also took place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, which is the home to LA Lakers, the basketball team that the late Kobe Bryant was a part of.

Performers like Lizzo and Lil Nas X found ways to honor Bryant’s legacy over the course of the night, too.

Host Alicia Keys also gave a moving speech about losing a hero.

“We’re literally standing here, heartbroken, in the house that Kobe Bryant built.”
