This sweet, tangy dressing is a favourite among many and the good news is, it’s also one of the quickest and simplest ones you can make! It’s versatile enough to drizzle on salads, marinate meats and also use as a dipping sauce.

What you’ll need:

  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil (or any mild-flavoured oil)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Whip it up:

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a jar with a tight lid and shake until everything is combined well
  2. Place jar in the fridge and leave it for at least 30 minutes, but preferably two hours, before serving to allow the flavours to mingle
