In fact, prices are the highest it’s been in 19 years to the point that orchard thefts are on the rise in New Zealand. That’s right, thieves are now breaking into orchards to steal avocados instead of into houses to steal jewellery.

Bhd. “They also have wonderful benefits and uses for skin, hair, health and beauty.” They’re also full of fat, but really good ones that is said to reduce bad cholesterol, inflammation and blood triglycerides. Researchers also found that extracts from avocados can help to prevent the growth of pre-cancerous cells that lead to oral and prostate cancer. Wow.
