Beauty Breakdown: Nori Lip Color
The liquid lipstick craze rose back in mid 2016 and it doesn't look like it's going to die back down any time soon. Working in a publishing industry does have it's perks, one them is receiving beauty products from brands to try out and give our thoughts and opinions. No matter how many liquid lippies we have, we just can't seem to say no to trying more.
Presenting Nori Lip Color. What is it? A local made brand that uses Korean technology to manufacture their products. It is a liquid lip that is made from shea butter, olive oil and contains vitamin E. So naturally, we would have high hopes that this would not dry out our poor chapped lips. It comes in 6 different gorgeous colours to pick and choose depending on your mood for the day - yay to more options!
It's claimed to be long lasting, lightweight, has three times more moisture and most importantly - 100% vegan! Vegan peeps out there be rejoicing with glee.

I am a die hard liquid lippie fan. I have more than I can count and I gravitate towards pinky nudes. So the moment this hit my desk, I tore into it and swatched the first colour that caught my eye. Naked Latte is for me – a my lips but better kinda colour. I took it one step further and used it as eyeshadow and honestly, it was beautiful. It gave my eyes a nice wash of colour that seemed perfect for everyday wear. Once it dried down on my eyelids, it was not sticky and did not become powdery at all. In fact, it faded quite gently towards the end of the day.
My only complain – I wish they sold the colours individually. But due to it’s size, it’s so easy to throw this into my purse when I’m walking out the house.
