Time constraints, lack of moolah and the endless list of excuses needs to be thrown out for this one simply because a ten-minute workout is quick and easy. Plus the satisfaction you get from putting an “X” on a day is just giddily empowering. Seriously. There are a gazillion 10-minute workout calendars that you can find on Pinterest or Tumblr, so go ahead and pick one area of your body you’d like to work on and get down to it!
