The Rascal menu takes inspiration from the group’s ever-bustling Milk & Madu, Watercress, Ulekan Indonesian Cuisine, Bangkok Hustle and Shmurger Burger establishments.

Wake up to a breakfast of champions

Kick start your day with the famous Watercress Bloody Mary or a selection of smoothies and organic caffeine concoctions for those gearing up for a day on the water. How does a wholesome spread of tropical fruits, yoghurts and blossom honey served in fresh coconut bowls sound to you? What about freshly baked pâtisseries and sourdoughs hot off the boat topped with homemade nut butters and jams? Power up for a day of surfing, snorkelling, diving or just sunbathing!

Breakfast in bed

Hot breakfasts are made to order and come in the form of Josh Job’s secret recipe Rascal Boss omelette, Buttermilk hotcakes or eggs any style – paired perfectly with TWG tea or Revolver Coffee and delivered to your cabin for those late starters.

Lunch is served

As soon as that anchor drops in secluded white sandy bays, lunch is served with flavours of Indonesia infused with European-inspired recipes. A beachfront BBQ is fired up to serve appetizers of bruschetta with cherry tomato, basil, Spanish onions and balsamic reduction. Followed by freshly catched grilled mahi-mahi with the signature Watercress salad on the side.
