What a time to be a woman – we’re taking down chauvinists and predators, making sure our voices are heard and standing up for our rights, one empowering movement after another. And we’re showing no signs of stopping anytime soon.

While the fight for equality is one that never sleeps, there is a day where we salute women all over the world for their outstanding achievements, regardless of division – be it national, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic or political. That’s right; International Women’s Day.

For International Women’s Day this year, we share the one word that means progress to us. What’s more, we want to be your voice; to let you be heard. It’s a time to reflect on progress made, to call for change, and to celebrate acts of courage and determination by ordinary women who have played an extraordinary role.

Join our movement; share with us the one word that means progress to you.

  1. Share your one word of what progress mean to you in a creative way. It can be in form of picture or video.
  2. Upload in your social media with hashtag #WOMANUP #MYPRESSFORPROGRESS #CLEOforIWD

So #WOMANUP and share with us – what’s the one word that means progress to you?
